M37Labs, an Indian AI-native company, has launched a production-ready, governed agentic AI platform that is built on Nvidia’s NemoClaw and OpenAI’s OpenClaw. The platform enables an enterprise to transition to an ‘autonomous enterprise’, where fleets of AI agents can reason, plan, act, and adapt across business functions without constant human instruction. According the AI startup, MightyClaw is designed keeping data sovereignty and governance at the core of its architecture, to overcome the structural failure modes of existing platforms.
MightyClaw is the infrastructure layer for the autonomous enterprise, replacing human-in-the-loop workflows with governed, auditable, and sovereign AI agent swarms. The platform is built upon open-source foundations like Nvidia NemoClaw and OpenAI OpenClaw.
Deployment is available on-premise, private cloud, or fully air-gapped, ensuring data, model weights, and agent logs never leave the organization's boundary. This is a structural requirement for highly regulated and IP-intensive enterprises, ensuring data sovereignty.
MightyClaw also ships with pre-configured deployments for individual sectors like Financial Services, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Manufacturing, etc, each embedded with sector-specific compliance requirements and workflows.
All agent actions are bound by the organization's compliance framework, ethical guardrails, and role-based access controls. It also includes change management tools, including real-time adoption dashboards, in-app training, and manager rollout playbooks, to ensure ROI.
The platform architecture is such that it allows organizations to adopt autonomous agents at their own pace and business maturity. For example, enterprises can transition to Personal Agents, Specialised Agents or Enterprise Agents according to their requirements.
"The enterprises deploying AI agents today will own their markets tomorrow. MightyClaw was built for the organisations that understand this — and for the Indian engineering community to show the world that we don't just implement AI, we architect it,” said Zorawar Purohit, CAIO & Co-Founder, M37Labs.
